User Agreement

These terms apply when you download or use LovePickr, an app for iPhone made by Fejen LTD. By using LovePickr, you agree to them.
Apple’s license
LovePickr is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Where the two differ, Apple’s agreement applies.
What LovePickr is
LovePickr is a personal tool for reflection. Its results come only from the ratings and priorities you enter. They are a way to see your own thoughts more clearly. They are not professional, psychological or relationship advice, and they do not predict how any relationship will go. Your decisions are always yours.
Your content
You are responsible for what you enter. Please be fair and respectful when you write about other people, and think twice before sharing anything about them. Your content stays on your iPhone, so keeping a backup of your device is up to you.
Fair use
Use LovePickr for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Price and changes
LovePickr is free. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
Ownership
The LovePickr name, app, design and illustrations belong to Fejen LTD. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app under Apple’s license.
Warranty and liability
LovePickr is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Fejen LTD. gives no warranty about the app and is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.
Apple
These terms are between you and Fejen LTD., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for LovePickr or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
Ending
You can stop using LovePickr at any time by deleting it from your iPhone. If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
